Quality Control
What 10PLUS checks on every wheel before it ships, plus the actual QC report cards three different buyers received with theirs.
Safety certifications
According to 10PLUS, its wheels are tested to DIN EN ISO 4210-6/7, EFBE and CPT standards, including an internal impact test of 60J — well above the UCI’s 40J minimum — with an 80J ceiling before failure. On top of that, an independent 2,000km test of the T Series found no structural issues.
QC process footage
10PLUS shared footage of two QC steps from its factory: an impact test and a stress relief treatment on the rim.

Real buyer QC report cards
Three different buyers' wheels shipped with a per-wheel QC card, and the printed tolerances match across all of them: front wheel spoke tension 105–120kgf, rear 115–130kgf, lateral runout within 0.2mm (front) / 0.2–0.3mm (rear), radial runout within 0.2–0.3mm. The gravel card also includes the full 10-point pass/fail inspection checklist — wheel weight, runout, center alignment, spoke tension, rim surface, spoke twist, hub spin and packaging — all ten marked pass. Three independent cards with the same numbers show this is a standard per-wheel process, not a one-off.
