Cube Nuroad Carbon Wheels: The 10PLUS Compatibility Checklist

The Nuroad range spans several different specs. Here's what to confirm before you order.

First: identify your exact Nuroad

Cube builds the Nuroad in a wide spread of trims and model years, so the name alone doesn't tell you the wheel spec. Check your bike's model year, current wheels and cassette before ordering.

The 10PLUS range covers the common modern disc standards, as long as you choose the right configuration.

Axles

The standard disc setup across the 10PLUS range is 12x100mm front and 12x142mm rear. That's the first thing to confirm on your Nuroad.

Don't order from the name alone — different trims and model years can use different parts, so check your own bike.

Rotors and freehub

The 10PLUS wheels covered here use Center Lock rotors and come with Shimano HG, Shimano Micro Spline or SRAM XDR freehubs. Match the wheel to the hardware already on the bike.

If your Nuroad has a 1x drivetrain, check whether the cassette is HG, Micro Spline or XDR before choosing. The cassette decides the freehub; the rotor interface decides the rotor fit.

Rim width and tyres

For a gravel bike like the Nuroad, the Gravel range is the natural fit: 25mm internal at 38mm depth and 24mm at 45mm, versus 21mm on the Road T Series.

Choose the rim around the tyre width you actually ride, and use the tyre maker's approved range as the final word.

Our 10PLUS recommendation

For the Cube Nuroad, match your axle, rotor and cassette standards first. Once those line up, the Gravel T Series 38mm is our value default.

Step up to the E Series if lower weight, ceramic bearings and 45T engagement are priorities. If you're unsure which Nuroad you have, confirm the spec before you click buy.
